************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Check that all firewalls are allowing connection to the program..

All the items (weapons, chest pieces, etc.) show up as numbers instead of descriptions, i.e. Hellcat Waistband shows up as a string of numbers. Also, the affixes don't work as well. Do you need to log into the program? Does it require activation?

Hi,

Yes. This requires activation. I had same issue once when reformatting my PC and everything showed up as numbers. Logged in again with my activation code and voila!

I'm going to assume that activation requires purchasing (which I don't have an issue with).

As it wont automaticly download the gbid list without logging in, then yes.
Im not sure if older versions still have the old gbid file in em.

The editor requires an active internet connection to retrieve the item list. The free version will give you all items from the basic RoS up to version 2.0.9 However the fully activated version gives you TONS more information, including legendary gems and other newer items.

I'll double check the firewalls, however, I do get the payment option page to load from the program so it does look like I have an active internet connection.

I feel a little silly right now...found the problem. I didn't unzip the editor to my C:\Programs folder, I left it in my DL folder and was running from there. I guess the online target for the GBID descriptions needs it to be in that folder... Thanks for all the help guys...now time to play!
