DIII Save Editor on a Mac?

Topics: Help and Support
Mar 4, 2016 at 6:12 PM
I'm having trouble installing Save Editor ROS on my Mac, by way of using WineBottler. I have no problem with the Decryptor program using WineBottler. I am using DIII ROS for PS3.

Please help. Thanks.

Did you try setting it as a admin user?

  1. Download and install WineBottler onto your Mac.
  2. Download ROSeditor and ROSdecryptor.
  3. Unzip both programs.
  4. Open Wine from applications folder or icon in dock. "Wineglass" icon will appear in upper right hand corner of toolbar at top of screen. Click on wineglass, drop down will appear. Scroll down to "winetricks", open. Scroll down to check-box remote_mono (remove builtin wine-mono), check the box, install.
  5. Next install Net 4.0 in "winetricks". Same thing with "wineglass" icon, scroll to check-box "dotnet40" (MS. Net 4.0), check box, install.
  6. To open ROSDecryptor, go into unzipped folder, right click on "RoS-PS3-Decryptor-Tool.exe file, choose to open with Wine. Box will appear saying "You are about to open a Wine file". From the drop down box, keep at all times, checked "Run directly in" and whatever your /Users/computername/Wine Files folder is. Click Go.
  7. For ROSeditor in unzipped folder, right click on "DIII.SaveEdit.exe" file, and same procedures as insrtuctions 6.
