Hi I'm from Germany, I would like to know how I can put the legendary gems for the PS4? Do I need to the Premium Account?


Can also be answered in German?

Yes, you need a premium account to access any items after patch 2.0.9. This includes the legendary gems and many more items.

Can someone explain how this works with WePay ?
Whenever I want to enter my credit card information is an error message : "Unable authorize your payment method"

Does anyone know more about this?

there are many reasons this can happen.. Verify that the all information that is on the card is typed correctly. even the slightest mistake can cause this..

The only thing i can even suggest is to use a visa/master card to pay for this for region use Germany.

I have a credit card online via the website mywirecard , yet this error message keeps coming back at wepay.com if I want to pay it .

I would have liked to the program .

Hello

I have spoken with an employee of WePay had sent him my mistake .
This meant that I can not pay via WePay from Germany .
What can I do to pay differently with you ?.

Hello everything worked .

thank you for your patience

WePay was classified from my credit card company as suspicious and therefore they did not receive the WePay platform .

I have a question for me is since today an error in the program if I want to sign in to my account

" Value can not be null.
Parameter name : collection "

What should I do?

This may or may not be a side affect of the server software upgrades that are currently going on. I will look into a few things here on my end ..
I am glad that you where able to procure a login .


Give me a few min and let me see if things are working correctly here.. and if so can you e-mail me so we can set up a screen share and see whats being returned to you..
